Description
A mala is a string of prayer beads, traditionally with 108 beads plus a “guru” bead, used in Hinduism, Buddhism, and yoga to count mantras, breaths, or intentions during meditation to maintain focus. The Sanskrit word means “garland,” and these sacred tools serve as a physical anchor for spiritual practice, helping users stay present and cultivate inner peace.
This is a Tibetan-style mala with 108 beads, plus three sections of marker beads between each set of 27 beads.
