When this energy is blocked\, we feel anxious\, insecure\, unworthy\, emotionally detached\, & problems may begin to form in our relationships. When it’s balanced\, we are able to love unconditionally\, find deep understanding and connection within ourselves and others\, & create lasting inner peace.\n\nAir is the element of freedom.
