Join me in “The Dance of the Wild Women” workshop – a gathering for women to come together to dance, connect, & let their inner Wild Woman come out to play!
The Wild Woman exists in ALL women. She is the strong, fierce, untamed, sensual, creative, & free force that lives within us. This energy, for most of us, has been locked away & it is time to let her out! It is time to embrace the Wild Woman & allow her to be embodied & expressed! By working with this energy we remember how POWERFUL we are. How CAPABLE we are. How FREE we are! The Wild Woman empowers us to be our authentic selves and take up space unapologetically.
Through conscious connection, intentional guided movement, & ecstatic dance, we awaken the Wild Woman within! ALL women are welcome!
